To start off the second semester, VIVID’s leaders sat down and decided what would be the best way to maximize our resources and our limited class time effectively. They came to the conclusion that the lack of communication, was the main issue in the company. In order to fix this problem, VIVID combined departments to make super department.
A total of four departments were combined into two departments. The social media and the creative departments were merged into one creative department. This will eliminate the lack of communication between the two departments and implement weekly creative meetings. With everyone on the same page. The sales and marketing department was merged into one sales/marketing department. This will allow marketers to create promotions, allowing to immediately advertise it to our clients.
